Four arrested after home invasion

Four teenagers face charges after an armed robbery late Sunday night in Iowa City.

Police officers responded to 409 South Dodge St. just after 10:30 p.m.  The victims say three black males came into the residence; one of them had a gun.

The suspects took laptop computers and ran away.

Detectives caught the suspects in a vehicle along with a female. 

Police say a 17-year-old had the gun. He is charged with two counts of Robbery in the First Degree, Intimidation with a Dangerous Weapon, Assault while Participating in a Felony, and Going Armed with Intent.  Police have not found the gun.

Another 17-year-old boy is charged with Theft in the Second Degree and Accessory to a Felony.

The female is 18-year-old Shakila Ann Holder, charged with Theft in the Second Degree and Accessory to a Felony.

The last male, 19-year-old Ki'el Donte Washington was arrested on an unrelated arrest warrant and charged from this incident with Interference with Official Acts.

No one was injured in the robbery.  Police say additional charges are possible.
