Update: Boil order lifted for Tama

Officials in Tama have corrected a problem with water pressure, and have lifted a boil order for people living in Tama.

The city issued a boil order Saturday, telling all residents to boil water until tests showed water is free from bacterial contamination and safe to drink.

Residents were told to let water boil for one minute and cool before using for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth or food preparation.
