Regina blasts Wilton 50-18 in district match up

IOWA CITY (KWWL) -

It was another big night for #1 in the state Iowa City Regina.

Riley Dixon racked up 240 yards on the ground and multiple scores, as the Regals knocked off district rival Wilton 50-18 at home.

The win is Regina's 35th in a row.

Up 36-18 in the 4th quarter, Regina put the finishing touches on.

Quarterback Mark Ward swung a pass out to Alex Balke who beat his defender for a 16 yard score.

After Jake Brinkman recovered a Wilton fumble, Dixon burst 65 yards to the endzone to put Regina up 50-18.

With the win, the Regals improve to 7-0.
