Bookstore hosts Lego build-off

Thursday an area book store took students to a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far, away.

It was a Lego build-off at University Book & Supply -- three teams of three people had two hours to build a Lego model of the "Millennium Falcon" spaceship from the Star Wars movies.

The build-off was a part of "National Student Day" -- meant to draw attention to student organizations.

Each team taking part represented a different organization at the University of Northern Iowa.

One of the finished spaceships will be featured at University Book & Supply.  Another will be displayed at the Hearst Center for the Arts.
