IOWA CITY (KWWL) -
A Grundy Center man is accused of choking a patient at a hospital.
Police arrested 24-year-old Lucas Cooper at University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics on Tuesday.
According to a criminal complaint - Cooper was laying next to the patient in a hospital bed, and put pressure on the person's throat and chin with one hand, and covered the person's nose & mouth with the other hand.
Cooper is charged with domestic assault - strangulation.
He's being held in the Johnson County jail on $15,000 bond.
