Czech and Slovak Museum hosts walking tours in Cedar Rapids

The National Czech and Slovak Museum and Library hosted two walking tours on Saturday of the New Bohemia district and the Czech Village district in Cedar Rapids. The tours are a monthly event the museum hosts.

The tours focus on historic buildings, businesses, and architecture within the districts. Both districts have seen major changes to the landscape since the floods of 2008 and rebuilding continues in the areas affected.
