Two Black Hawk County "Top Ten" arrested in North Carolina - KWWL.com

The Black Hawk County Sheriff's Department says that two people listed on their "Top Ten" list were arrested in North Carolina. 

Jose Angel Rosales, 28, was added to the list in February 2010 and 22-year-old Katie Lynn Holden was added in August of 2010.  Both were put on the list because of arrest warrants that had been issued for them. 

Captain Richard Abben says the two were arrested in Buncombe County North Carolina.

Valid arrests warrants for Rosales charge him with a probable probation violation for assault causing injury, assault domestic abuse with intent, assault domestic abuse causing injury and fourth degree criminal mischief.  Abben says that he is also required to serve time for assault domestic abuse and violation of a no contact order.  His bond for all charges totals $30,000.00.

Holden is wanted on arrest warrants for probation violation for fourth degree criminal mischief, second degree attempted burglary and another criminal mischief charges.

The pair is fighting extradition back to Iowa.  Abben says it will take a few weeks before a Governor's Warrant is obtained and they are brought back to Black Hawk County to face charges.
