Lanes open after a semi trailer rollover on Highway 151 near Anamosa

ANAMOSA (KWWL) -

A livestock semi trailer rollover caused both north and southbound lanes to temporarily close early, Monday morning near Anamosa.

The rollover happened at about 12:16 a.m. and cattle managed to escape and scatter all over the area.

Crews were on scene throughout the morning trying to collect the escaped cattle.

Since the rollover, both lanes have reopened. There are no reports of injuries.

Authorities have not released what caused the trailer to rollover.
