Cedar Falls construction site damaged in crash

CEDAR FALLS (KWWL) -

A Cedar Falls man is in jail after allegedly driving drunk and crashing into a sign at a construction site.

It happened just before midnight Thursday night on Highway 58 on the Cedar River bridge in Cedar Falls.

Police say 39-year-old Chad Richter crashed into a sign and continued to drive.

No one was injured, but Richter was later arrested and charged with drunk driving.
