UPDATE: One dead in accident near Reinbeck

GRUNDY COUNTY (KWWL) -

The Grundy County Sheriff's Office has released the name of a man killed in an accident near Reinbeck on Tuesday morning.

Deputies say a pickup truck driven by 24-year-old Michael Walter Seda of Reinbeck was eastbound on County Road D-35 at about 7:18 a.m. when he hit the rear of a moped driven by 55-year-old Albert Harold Howard of Morrison while trying to pass the moped.

Howard was pronounced dead at the scene.

The accident remains under investigation.
