Fareway Recipes: Steak Kabobs

WATERLOO (KWWL) -

STEAK KABOBS

-Using a top sirloin

-Cut across the grain

-Weave the meat in one long piece onto the skewer

-Marinade

-Cook eight to ten minutes on medium heat on the grill

SIDES

-Stuff a sweet pepper with flavored cream cheese

-Wrap the pepper in bacon

-Grill on the roasting rack above the steak kabobs

-Should take about the same amount of time as the steak to cook

-You can also skewer a pepper, a slice of sweet corn and another pepper on a kabob
