Waterloo police looking for Romantix robbery suspect

Waterloo police have released a surveillance photo from the August 30 robbery of the Romantix Adult Emporium in hopes that someone recognizes the suspect.

Officers were called to the store at 1507 La Porte Road on August 30 at around 5:26 a.m. for a report of a robbery.

Captain Tim Pillack says a white male entered the store, showed a knife and demanded money.

Pillack says the suspect took money and some other items and fled the scene.

Anyone with information about this robbery, can call the Waterloo Police Department Investigations Division at 319-291-4340 ex. 5003.
