Iowa City Police investigate armed robbery

IOWA CITY (KWWL) -

Iowa City Police are looking for two suspects who allegedly robbed a woman who was making a delivery.

It happened Saturday night in the 400 block of North Gilbert Street.

A the woman was walking back to her vehicle when two men approached her. One of the men had a weapon and demanded money.

The suspects are described as two African American men in their early 20s, one wearing a gray sweatshirt and the other wearing dark clothing. They were said to have left the area on their bikes.

The victim was not injured.

Iowa City Area CrimeStoppers is offering up to a $1000 reward with any information.
