AOTW: Jake Hogan

GILBERTVILLE (KWWL) -

Already a force on the wrestling mat, Don Bosco's Jake Hogan's proved that he's pretty good on the football field as well.

Last season as a sophomore Hogan led the Dons to an 8 and 3 record-- the best in the short history of Dons football.

But this one could be even better. Last Friday Hogan ran for 188 yards and 1 touchdown while throwing for 4 more in a 42 point victory over preseason number one Clarksville.

Surprisingly, Jake Hogan calls football his favorite sport.  This despite having a pair of uncles who have won state wrestling titles.  While his father Tom, head coach at Don Bosco, was a champion in 1988, and Jake, a third place finisher last year, still has big goals.

But those goals will have to wait a few more month as he's got other things to accomplish right now.
