University of Northern Iowa offers free observatory show Thursday night

CEDAR FALLS (KWWL) -

The University of Northern Iowa will open it's observatory to the public Thursday night.

There will be a free show at McCollum Science Hall at 9:00 p.m.

While attending the show, guests will be able to view planets and stars using the earth science telescope.

The observatory will have shows every Thursday until Thanksgiving break.

If you wish to attend the event, officials recommend you come to the show early.
