DUNKERTON (KWWL) -

Officials continue investigate what caused a fire in Dunkerton early Tuesday morning.

Crews were called to the 200 block of Maple Lane just before 3:00 a.m. Tuesday morning.

Two people were inside the home at the time, but got out safely.

The Iowa State Fire Marshal worked with Black Hawk County Sheriff's investigators, but an exact cause hasn't been determined.

Authorities say there's nothing suspicious at this time.
