CEDAR RAPIDS (KWWL) -

Cedar Rapids police are asking for help identifying three people who've been using forged prescriptions.

Incidents have happened at different pharmacies in Cedar Rapids over the last few months.

The prescriptions have been mostly for strong painkillers.

"We're really trying just to identify the individuals to find out exactly who they are, where they may have gotten them as well," said Cristy Hamblin, Public Information Officer for the Cedar Rapids Police Department.

Anyone with information is asked to call 1-800-CS-CRIME or send a text to CRIMES 274637

If your information leads to an arrest, you may be eligible for a reward.
