Waterloo man pleads guilty to heroin charge

A Waterloo man has entered a guilty plea to a federal heroin charge.

Lewis Bolden, 45, and two others were charged following an overdose death of Tai-Lin Phillips of Waterloo in November 2011. 

Bolden pleaded guilty to conspiracy to deliver 100 grams of heroin while having a prior felony drug conviction. He faces up to life in prison.

The other two have already pleaded guilty to the federal charges.
