UPDATE: Arrest made in Waterloo stabbing

WATERLOO (KWWL) -

Police have arrested a woman for stabbing another woman at a Waterloo duplex Saturday night.  38-year-old Dena Brooks is charged with Willful Injury in connection with the incident in the 300 block of Locust St. around 9 p.m. Saturday.  Police say the victim was taken to a local hospital with two stab wounds.  She's expected to survive.
