The UNI volleyball program receives a verbal commitment from a setter who was a member of the state champion Dike-New Hartford volleyball program.

And here's the catch she was not a starter. 

But people who know about Rachel Koop also know she has a tremendous upside. Last month, the 5' 9" sophomore led Jay Grassley's Six Pack volleyball club to an under 16 national title.
