OXFORD (KWWL) -

An Oxford man who is already on the sex offender registry is accused of sexually abusing a 17-year-old boy.

The Johnson County Sheriff's Office says that 43-year-old Steven Farley Stumbo coerced a 17-year-old boy into taking off his clothes, at which point Stumbo sexually assaulted the teen.

The sheriff's office says the incident happened on June 10 at Stumbo's Oxford home.

Stumbo is charged with two counts of third degree sexual abuse.

Stumbo is currently on the Iowa Sex Offender Registry website after being convicted in Ohio on eight offenses in 1991.
