RAGBRAI XL comes to a close in Clinton

CLINTON (KWWL) -

RAGBRAI XL came to an end Saturday for the thousands of cyclists who've taken part in the Register's Annual Great Bike Ride Across Iowa.

Saturday's journey started in Anamosa and ended at the Mississippi River in Clinton.

It's a trip of 69.4 miles.

Thousands of cyclists rolled into Clinton, completing their long and hot trek with a dip of the tires into the Mississippi River.
