Motorcycle crash near Cedar Falls injures one

BLACK HAWK COUNTY (KWWL) -

A Minnesota woman was hurt after a motorcycle crash near Cedar Falls Sunday.

It happened around 1:30 p.m. along Highway 218 near Mt. Vernon Rd.

Black Hawk Co. Sheriff's deputies say 44-year-old Tracey Armstrong of Minneapolis, Minnesota lost control and laid her motorcycle down and slid for a short distance.

She was taken to a Cedar Falls hospital and is expected to be okay.
