Belle Plaine to have ribbon cutting ceremony Monday

BELLE PLAINE (KWWL) -

The city of Belle Plaine and Belle Plaine Community Development Corporation will conduct a ribbon cutting ceremony Monday afternoon.

The ceremony is in celebration of the Downtown Revitalization Project.

Governor Terry Branstad will be in attendance at Monday's ceremonies which begin at 4 p.m.
