Man faces murder charges in Dubuque death

FITCHBURG (KWWL) -

One man faces now faces murder charges in the shooting death of a Dubuque man.

Police arrested 21-year-old Bobby Hogans of Madison, Wisconsin yesterday.

The shooting happened in a suburb of Madison Tuesday night.

25-year-old Samuel Harris died.

Two other people also face charges, related to the shooting.
