Two runaway girls report assault in Waterloo

WATERLOO (KWWL) -

The Waterloo Police Department is investigating the possible sexual assault of two runaway girls.

Four girls ran away from the Quakerdale youth home Monday.

Police say two of those girls, age 13, say they were assaulted by the person while they were away.

Police say they have a description of a suspect, but aren't releasing details while the investigation continues.
