Dubuque man shot and killed in Wisconsin

A 25-year-old Dubuque man was shot to death in Fitchburg, Wisconsin Tuesday night.

Police were called to the scene around 5:30 p.m. to find Samuel Harris unresponsive and without a pulse.

Neighbors aren't sure what happened.

Fitchburg police have yet to release any information about a suspect at this time, but say they are increasing patrols in the neighborhood for the next few days.
