UPDATE: 14-year-old Waterloo girl found

WATERLOO (KWWL) -

Waterloo police say the 14-year-old girl they issued an Operation Locate for has been found.

They say Serena Frenning had last been seen in the 1200 block of Westland Avenue on Monday.

The Operation Locate was issued at around 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday and was cancelled at around 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
