DUBUQUE (KWWL) -

A jury has been selected for a former Dubuque County Sheriff's sergeant accused of stalking and burglarizing a private citizen.

According to our partners at the Telegraph Herald, the trial of 48-year-old James Doyle will start Tuesday.

Doyle has pleaded not guilty to charges of third degree burglary and stalking.

Those allege incidents happened between September 2010 and October 2011.

The charges stem from Doyle's reaction to another man having a relationship with his former wife.
