Drake student sentenced for fraternity brother sex assault

DES MOINES (KWWL) -

A former Drake student will serve 20 years in prison for videotaping a sexual assault on a fraternity brother.

22-year-old Anthony Bertolone was accused of drugging and assaulting the victim.

The student later found the video on Bertolone's computer.

It happened inside the Sigma Chi Fraternity house at Drake University in 2010.

Bertolone must also register as a sex offender.
