Heat take game three, lead NBA Finals

Posted:

It's a practice day in Miami, where the Heat beat the Thunder 91-85 last night to protect home-court advantage in the NBA Finals. The Heat rallied from 10 points down late in the third quarter to grab a 2-1 lead in the best-of-seven showdown for the title.

Once again it was LeBron James leading the way. The league MVP scored 29 points and grabbed 14 rebounds. Teammate Dwyane Wade chipped in with 25 points.

Oklahoma City's 1-2 punch of Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook scored 25 and 19, respectively.

They'll play Game 4 on Tuesday night in South Florida.
