Manchester man accused of trying to entice girls

MANCHESTER (KWWL) -

A Manchester man was arrested on Thursday after being accused of trying to entice two girls under the age of 16.

Manchester police arrested 62-year-old Kevin Lee Kellogg on Thursday after two girls reported that he tried to get them in his car for a sexual relationship on June 4.

Police say the girls refused.

Kellogg is charged with two counts of enticing a minor.
