Iowa City man accused of inappropriately touching girls

IOWA CITY (KWWL) -

An Iowa City man faces charges after police say he inappropriately touched four girls.

According to Iowa City police, four girls ages four, ten and twelve, say that Nyembo Mukumbilwa, 28, approached them and began acting like he was tickling them and touching their breasts outside their clothing.

The girls say that when they made obvious movements to stop the behavior, Mukumbilwa put his arm around one of the girls.

Police say all four girls felt assaulted and were scared.  They all immediately went to police.

Mukumbilwa faces four counts of indecent contact with a child.
