Rolling Thunder advance to NBA Finals

After losing the opening two games of the NBA's Western Conference finals on the road, the Oklahoma City Thunder players are preparing for a trip to the NBA Finals.

Oklahoma City rallied from a 15-point halftime deficit Wednesday night to beat visiting San Antonio 107-99, earning its fourth straight win and a date with the Eastern Conference champs. The Spurs won 20 in a row before hitting the skids.

Thunder star Kevin Durant scored 20 of his 34 points in the second half and teammate Russell Westbrook chipped in with 25 points.

Spurs sparkplug Tony Parker finished with 29 points and 12 assists, most of it coming in the first half. Tim Duncan added 25 points and 14 rebounds.

It's the first trip to the finals for the Thunder since the franchise moved from Seattle. Oklahoma City will host Game 1 Tuesday against either Boston or Miami.

The Celtics can wrap up the East title with a home win tonight in Game 6 of their best-of-seven showdown with the Heat.
