Black Hawks fall 2-0 at Green Bay, Series tied 1-1

GREEN BAY, Wis. (KWWL) -

Stephon Williams had another great night in net, but a lack of offense doomed Waterloo as they fell 2-0 at Green Bay as the Gamblers tied the series at 1 game apiece.

Williams recorded 32 saves on the night and kept Green Bay scoreless through 2 periods.  Early in the third, however, he gave up a high rebound that Alex Broadhurst batted out of the air and into the goal for a 1-0 Green Bay lead.

The Gamblers would add a late empty netter from Alex Kile shutting the door on Waterloo.

The series now moves to Waterloo for game 3 on Friday.  The Black Hawks have won 15 straight at Young Arena with the last home loss coming on March 9.
