CORALVILLE (KWWL) -

Country music star Sara Evans will headline the concert at the 4th Annual Fry Fest.

Evans, who has sold over five-million records and had five number one hits, will take the stage at 8:30 p.m. on Friday, September 7.

Evans was named 2006 Academy of Country Music's Female Vocalist of the Year and received the Country Music Association's award for Video of the Year for "Born to Fly."   Her current album, "Stronger", was released in 2011 and debuted at #1 for two weeks.

Up and coming country star, Lee Brice, will open for Evans.  Brice broke through on the charts with his hit "Love Like Crazy" in 2009.  His current hit, "A Woman Like You", reached number one last month.  He is scheduled to hit the stage at 7:00 p.m.

All proceeds from the concert and beverage garden benefit Coralville's 4thFest celebrations.

This year's Fry Fest will celebrate the 35th Anniversary of the Cy-Hawk rivalry.  The Hawkeyes will battle Iowa State at Kinnick Stadium on Saturday, September 8.

The "World's Largest Hawkeye Tradeshow & Tailgate Party", FRY Fest car show, small FRY zone and the FRY fest pep rally are all returning for this year's celebration and are free events.

Tickets for the concert are available online now through Monday, September 3.  They cost $15.00.

On June 1, tickets will be available for in-person purchase at various locations in the lowa City/Coralville area.

On Tuesday, September 4, tickets will no longer be available online and can only be bought in-person for $20.00.

Then, on September 7, tickets can be purchased at the City of Coralville Will Call booth inside of the "World's Largest Hawkeye Tradeshow" from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, then at the Ticket Sales booth at the Concert grounds from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
