UNI Softball hold off Bradley to improve to 18-2 in the Valley

The University of Northern Iowa women's softball team defeated the Bradley Braves 4-1 Wednesday night at Robinson Dresser Sports Complex in Cedar Falls.

UNI (34-12, 18-2 MVC) sent sophomore pitcher Jamie Fisher to the circle and she improved her record to 18-2 record. Fisher was outstanding tossing 7 innings allowing just two hits and one earned run while recording seven strikeouts in the process.

Gina Brown recorded 3 RBI's for the Panthers including a 2-run homer in a decisive third inning.
