MASON CITY (KWWL) -

New graffiti at the scene of a weekend murder involving a Waterloo suspect is prompting another investigation.

Police in Mason City were alerted to the words "snitches die" spray painted on a building where 24-year-old Ian Decker was found Saturday with a serious stab wound.

Decker later died.

Similar markings were left just east of that location, on a railroad bridge.

The suspected killer, is James Farnsworth II, a 22-year-old man from Waterloo.

He's in jail on a $100,000 bond.
