UPDATE: Waterloo Police arrest man after Sunday night shooting

WATERLOO (KWWL) -

Waterloo Police arrested a man Sunday night after witnesses saw him shoot at a van.

Police were dispatched to intersection of Jackson Street and Oneida Street on report of shots fired at 7:15 p.m.

Officers found a brown van in the 100 block of Webster that had four bullet holes in the driver's side.

Witnesses said they saw the someone leaving the scene in a silver equinox.  Authorities located that car a few blocks away at the intersection of Mobile St. and Newell St.

Officers tasered Kelvin Lee Plain Jr., 22, of Waterloo, then led him away in handcuffs after paramedics treated him at the scene.  He faces charges of intimidation with a dangerous weapon, possession of a firearm as a felon and interference with official acts.
