UNI's Tuttle named to Mid-Major All-American Squad

CEDAR FALLS (KWWL) -
Northern Iowa freshman basketball player Seth Tuttle has been named to the 2012 CollegeInsider.com Mid-Major Freshmen All-America team.
 
Tuttle  became the first freshman in the history of the Missouri Valley Conference to lead the league in field goal percentage with 65.2%.
 
Tuttle led the Panthers in rebounding with an average of 5.6 per game and ranked second on the squad in scoring with an average of 9.6 points per game.
 
Tuttle was also named the MVC Freshman of the Year.
