"Real-life Hamburglar" pleaded guilty

The Wartburg student dubbed as the "real-life hamburglar" has pleaded guilty to breaking into a Cedar Falls McDonald's.

Whitley Teslow, 21, pleaded guilty to third degree burglary and fourth degree criminal mischief Friday. A fifth charge was dismissed.

You may remember the surveillance video from November 20, when Teslow broke in, climbed through a restaurant window, and cooked a meal.

He turned himself in after seeing the video in the local media.

Teslow will be sentenced at later date.
