Honda recalling vehicles over headlight problem

Honda is recalling more than 500,000 vehicles because of a problem with the headlights.

The recall covers 2002 through 2004 CR-V and 2003 Pilot vehicles in the United States.

Company officials say the wiring in the headlight switch may cause the low-beam headlights to fail. No crashes have been reported because of the problem.

Owners will get notices in the mail starting in late-April.  To see if your car is part of the recall, visit the company's website and enter your vin number. Owners can also call (800) 999-1009, and choose option 4.
