Surveillance video released in Iowa City burglary

Police are hoping surveillance video will help solve an Iowa City burglary.

At 1:15 a.m. on  February 8, 2012, two people broke into the Papa Murphy's Pizza at 2300 Muscatine Ave. The front door was smashed as the thieves went inside. On the video, one person can be seen running into the back, while the other stayed up front to empty the cash register. The pair got away with cash. 

CrimeStoppers is offering a reward of up to $1000 for information leading to the arrest of the people involved in the burglary. Callers can remain anonymous. The number to call with information is 319-358-8477.
