DELAWARE COUNTY (KWWL) -

The Delaware County Board of Supervisors has approved a $2,999,999 bond to provide money to rebuild the dam at Lake Delhi.

A public meeting on the bond is scheduled for March 19th at 1:15 p.m. at the courthouse in Manchester. Officials say a bonding attorney will need to review the measure before they know what the bond will cost individual tax payers.

Officials are still working with the Department of Natural Resources on the final dam design. Some groups have raised concerns about the environmental impact of rebuilding the dam.
