The bicycles come in a variety of colors and has "Fuji" and "Saratoga" along with the model number printed on the frame. The serial number beginning with ICFJ7, ICFJ8, ICFJ9, ICFJ10, and ICFJ11 is found near the bottom of the frame near the crank.

Customers with these bicycles can should immediately stop using them. The bikes can be returned to any authorized Fuji bicycle dealer for a free replacement frame, or customers can visit the company's website
