The Waterloo Black Hawks jumped to a 4-0 lead and coasted to a 4-1 victory over Fargo on Friday night at Young Arena.

The Black Hawks scored first on a shorthanded goal by Mark Edson with just 4:37 gone in the first period. Waterloo added three goals in the second period and the Black Hawks' Stephon Willams stopped 28 of 29 shots to get the win.
