UNI drains 12 treys in win over Illinois State

CEDAR FALLS (KWWL) -

UNI tied their season high knocking down 12 triples in a dominant 78-63 over Illinois State.

The Panthers (17-10 overall, 7-8 MVC) got 17 points and 10 rebounds from freshman Seth Tuttle.  Senior Johnny Moran drained 4 of 6 3-point attempts to finish with 16 points in the win.

The victory moves UNI into sole possession of 6th place in the Missouri Valley Conference.  The Panthers travel to face Evansville on Wednesday night.
