Grant County traffic stop leads to drug arrests

Three men were arrested on drug related charges after a traffic stop in Grant County.  

Officers say a county deputy stopped a vehicle on Mineral Street in the city of Platteville Friday around 11:55 p.m.  

While approaching the vehicle, the officer noticed signs of alcohol and drug use, said the report. After further investigation authorities arrested the driver, 23-year-old Ronald Henry Jr. on multiple charges including first offense of operating a vehicle while impaired, and having an opened container of alcohol in a vehicle.  

According to a report, Roland's passengers were also arrested.  20 year-old Nathan Downs faces multiple charges including underage drinking.  21-year-old Stephen Klein faces a single charge of possessing drug paraphernalia.  

All three suspects were transported to the Grant County Jail for booking.
