CEDAR FALLS (KWWL) -

For the 13th consecutive year, the ‘Magic' is about to continue.

The annual Magical Mix Kids Fundraiser Auction is coming up this Friday night, January 27, at the Park Place Event Centre in Cedar Falls.  This popular annual event is sponsored by the RE/MAX Home Group and Cedar Valley radio station, 93.5, The Mix. The night will raise money to send chronically ill Cedar Valley area children and their families on the trip of a lifetime to Disney World in Florida later this year.

Doors at the Park Place Event Centre will open Friday night at 5 p.m. As always, there will be more than one hundred amazing ‘Auction' items. Beer and wine tasting will get the crowd warmed up, along with plenty of food and music. The annual ‘Live' auction will start at 8:15.

The annual event is the most important fundraiser of the year for the Magical Mix Kids non-profit organization.  "It's not easy raising money and it's not easy putting these things on, but when you think about the kids and you think about them meeting Mickey Mouse for the first time, that last the whole year through and even more," says Jim Coloff, founder of Magical Mix Kids and owner of radio station 93.5, The Mix.

Tickets can ben purchased at any RE/MAX Home Group location in the Cedar Valley for just $ 10.00 in advance. Tickets are also available in advance at radio station 93.5, The Mix. Tickets can be purchased at the door Friday night for just $ 15.00.
