Police say they recovered the stolen forms from a local recycling center Friday.

The forms were taken from a Washburn business on January 14.  Aluminum forms are used to construct concrete walls. They are valued at $2,500.00. 

John Dahl, 46, and Mark Petty, 59, of Evansdale are charged with Theft in the 2nd Degree. Both men are currently being held in the Black Hawk County Jail.
